Hi All,
picked up this site from my yahoo classic ultralights group.
i have been flying ultralights since 1978. i have worked over the years for several Aussie manufacturers. I have a Skycraft Scout that is about to be rebuilt. I also have a restored Lazair series 2 with the small pioneer engines. I am looking for other early Aussie designs to rebuild and put back in the air. Also very interested in converting the Lazair to electric power in the near future.

I am at this moment packing to leave Sydney on Saturday for my first trip to Airventure. woohoo!!

blue skies to all sunny

Cool,
maybe some of the other members might be going to osh and could meet you there? Just a thought.

I'd be more than happy to meet up with other forum members. I was planning to meet up with another Lazair owner at O'Hare and drive up with him but unfortunatly he has fallen ill and dosen't feel up to driving from Viginia.
Look for the Aussie flag in the camping ground or i'll be at the B17 check in area at 0930 tuesday or pick a time to and place to meet in the Ultralight area.

Unfortunately I wont be able to make it to osh, could you do me a favor while your there? A good friend of mine Paul Fiebich will be discussing the team airbike in the affordable flying center, if you cant find him there look for his airbike in the ultralight area and tell him that chris says hi. He is a great guy and has flown his AB from derby ks to oshkosh twice (a 1400 mile round trip) he trailered it this year.
