			<description>It is common knowledge that part 103 is outdated and needs to be updated to encompass the new ultralight aircraft designs, just for kicks I thought I would start a discussion thread to se what you all would like to see part 103 look like.

After january 2010 U have been told the 2 seat ULs that were converted to LSA will no longer be allowed to be used for instructional purposes! It was this remark that got me to thinking.

			<description>looking for a cfi in nyc area to train me,,, in a quicksilver i have a private pilot lic and am looking to purchase a quicksilver  i dont want to be a statistic and kill myself for not having any time in aircraft im shure i can fly ive heard that there are differences between a cessna 172 and a pusher aircraft  anyone with info please help it looks like all ultralight flying is done in the sticks not in heavy traffic area like ny and guys dont take it personal  but it is what it is  thanks</description>
